Healthy Smoothies: The Perfect Food for Working Moms

smoothieI am always busy and always running late. But even if I did have all the cooking time in the world, I doubt I would crunch down a giant handful of spinach and kale, an orange, a kiwi, a pear, and a tablespoon of flax seed… raw… all between breakfast and lunch.  But smoothies get all that good stuff in me, I’m full of energy and losing weight because of it, and so I wrote this loving tribute.
