Charles’ School

Charles did the same thing every morning. He stepped into blue pants, pulled a blue shirt over his head and put his big feet into brown shoes.  Charles had a short black comb on the sink that he ran through his few gray hairs. With a frazzled toothbrush, he scrubbed his yellow teeth. Then he smiled into the mirror. The smile twinkled his gray eyes, crinkled his cheeks and wiggled his white beard.

Every morning, Charles left his apartment and walked down the sidewalk toward Roosevelt Elementary.

If you are a book publisher or agent, it would be my pleasure to share the entirety of this story with you.  Please do not hesitant to contact me.

That’s a very sweet story. Are you going to have any kind of tactile parts of the book to imitate the fuzzy beard or crinkling sections?
